Jr. High students, join us October 29th from 6:15PM to 8:30PM for Skyzone!

Cost is $10 (cash or check to CFC). Skysocks and pizza are included.

We will be leaving from and returning to CFC.

Please be prompt! We want to have time to eat together before we have to leave for Skyzone.

All participants will need to complete this online waiver.

You must also have an up-to-date (completed within the last 2 years unless any information has changed) CFC waiver (see here).
